Day Trip

Leslie and I went for a drive yesterday, and started our trip in Pictou N.S. We visitied the Grohmann Knives factory, and bought a half price chef's knife. Cutting has never been easier. These knives are amazing. http://www.grohmannknives.com/index2.html

We visited the Jost winery - a big mistake. Leslie found several items in their gift shop that we had to have. And they taunt you with wine samples - we ended up buying two including a maple syrup wine. http://www.jostwine.com/index2.html

Another stop was at the Ferry terminal near Pictou. There are still ferries running between Nova Scotia and PEI, but this time of year only the bridge is open. These two ferries are in "winter" storage. http://www.peiferry.com/index_english.php

Lots of beautiful churches including this Presbyterian one. Mostly Baptists down here.

We visited several provincial parks checking out the campsites - getting ready for camping season.
