A few trips in June

With a new house, there should be a new bbq. This time we bought a charcoal model, and just love it. More work than our old gas bbq, but we like the charcoal taste and usually add flavoured wood chips - good good good. Here we are cooking salmon over maple wood chips. The red things are peppers - we will add herbs and goats cheese soon, and four minutes later, dinner is ready.
Three skids of new PEI sod arrived, and the neighbour and I spend hours laying the grass. Lots of watering to do over the next couple of weeks.

Here we are biking along the ocean at http://tinyurl.com/zvm28 The bike trail is right beside the ocean, and if you look carefully, you can see the boardwalk (on the right on the horizen) and the black thing in the water is a whale.
One of our favorite campsites at the park. When the bugs are bad, we bring our screen tent. This is a wonderful park for biking.
Another visit to Montreal to see Leslie's grandson. He is very impressed with the boots that Leslie brought him. They apparently taste very good.
We rode the train from Moncton to Montreal, and there are "Maritime moments" on the train. Here is a Maritime wine tasting course in the dome car. Civilized way to travel.

I finished work today - handed in my stuff about an hour ago. The census job was a lot of fun. I've applied for another job that starts in a few weeks and runs till Feb.
